Fees were so competitive, topped with no tie in to a set period in the contract, which lead to me appointing Farr & Farr - best decision made as I never felt alone in the process ever. We had several viewings immediately over the first few days of going on the market and the firm offers from the buyers within the first 5 days! The property was empty and I was not local, but Craig and Mel and the rest of the team always kept an eye on things and notified me at all times of any viewings, additional visits etc! I felt I had a great rapport and trust with all especially Craig!
