Letting a property in Gloucester?

Fees & Charges
Tenants
The only payments you will be charged with in connection to the tenancy are:
- Rent
- A refundable tenancy deposit capped at no more than five weeks’ rent. We generally charge equivalent to one month’s rent for the deposit.
- A refundable holding deposit to reserve a property capped at no more than one weeks’ rent. We generally charge £125.00 which can then go towards the tenancy deposit.
- Payments to change the tenancy when requested by the Tenant capped at £50.00, or reasonable costs incurred if higher.
- Payments associated with early termination of the tenancy, when requested by the Tenant.
- Payments in respect of utilities, communication services, TV licence and council tax.
- Cost of replacing lost keys/security device
- Fee for late payment of rent. Charged at 3% above the Bank of England’s base rate for each day that the payment has been outstanding. This can be charged after 14 days of rent arrears.
Landlords
We offer two levels of service but can be completely flexible to suit your requirements. Please contact us for further information on what services can be offered.
- Fully Managed Service – 10%+vat (12% in total) of the passing rent with a tenancy set up fee of £150.00+vat (£180.00 in total)
- Let Only Service – 60%+vat (70% in total of the first month’s rent based on a six month tenancy.
