Ben Sawers

Director

Having completed a degree In Property Planning and Development, Ben initially moved into a career in Lettings and later joined Farr & Farr in 2018 to head up the new dedicated Lettings office. Whilst he continues to oversee the day to day management of the Lettings Team, Ben also Manages the Hucclecote Sales Team.

Ben is very organised and always likes finding new and more efficient ways of working. He is a creature of habits though and likes to have his lunch at 12.15pm exactly everyday!

In his spare time Ben enjoys spending time with his partner and dog. He is a fair weather rider and owns a yamaha motorbike for those summer country bike rides and always looks forward to his annual holiday to North Cornwall with his family.

Galina Doynova

Property Manager

Coming from a background in Recruitment, Galina discovered a passion for property and moved into a career in Lettings, joining Farr & Farr as Property Manager in 2020. She assists tenants and landlords with all maintenance requests and is responsible for ensuring properties are ready for new tenants as well as organising property inspections and security deposits.

Galina finds her weekends are always fun and energetic. Spending time with her husband and 2 children she enjoys river walks, meals out, trips to the zoo and the occasional last minute weekend away.

Daniel Hart

Senior Negotiator

After spending years as a Software Engineer, Dan found his passion for Property Management and set up a small business.

Recently joining Farr and Farr Lettings in March, Dan brings with him a wealth of knowledge in property and tenant management, and loves talking to new people about all things Property.

When he’s not working, you’ll either find Dan practicing Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, working out at the gym, reading or on a long countryside hike.

Alicia Hart

Lettings Administrator

Alicia joined Farr & Farr in 2018 after a short stint working in recruitment.  Prior to that she was Deputy Manager at a local Childrens Nursery.

Initially working as a full time lettings administrator, Alicia went on maternity leave in 2020 to have her son and then returned to work on a part time basis.  She is responsible for ensuring the properties are up to date with the latest government legislation.

You will often find Alicia sat at her desk with a cup and saucer drinking an English Breakfast tea. Outside work she enjoys lots of time with her family exploring local places and testing out new brunch spots.

Jack Van Delden-Wilce

Negotiator

Jack comes from a creative background within the music industry and graduated from University of Gloucestershire studying Sound & Music Production. Having worked in customer service based roles, Jack joined Farr & Farr in 2024 with the passion to achieve new goals, whilst also staying creative coming up with innovative ideas for improving the business. 

Jack is very much always doing something in his spare time. He is a competitive airsoft player and produces his own music. Jack also likes to stay active as he is an avid lover of the gym, going on hikes and bouldering.

Dudley Taylor

Property Inspector

Dudley joined Farr & Farr in the summer of 2023 having previously ran his own business. Prior to this he worked within construction management for more than 20 years. Dudley can utilise his extensive knowledge when he’s conducting our period property inspections.

Outside of work Dudley is a season ticket holder at Gloucester Rugby Club, enjoys walking his dog, gardening and cooking. He is also an avid collector of vinyl records and owns over two thousand.
